How to submit a claim
First step you will need to submit a claim with your insurance company. When submitting a claim all you need to do is request our shop, Go Mobile Auto Glass, to perform the repair work for your vehicle. We are a part of the preferred repair network for all insurance companies so your insurance agent should be able to find us easily. If you are calling in to your agent inform them of the damage to your vehicle, request Go Mobile Auto Glass, and give them our phone number (360)-434-6838. If you are submitting a claim online or through an app you will get to a section that will let you pick Safelite or Choose Another Shop. Click choose another shop and enter our shop name, Go Mobile Auto Glass, and our zip code 98311. Once the claim has been submitted one of our associates will be reaching out to you shortly to schedule an appointment.
After the repair work has been performed our technicians will collect a signature and the deductible. So if you have a $0 deductible then you pay $0 at the time of installation! Also rock chip repairs are covered by insurance and you pay $0 for a repair, so don’t wait until its too late!
